Embodied Emotional Therapy is an approach to healing emotional wounds and finding emotional balance and wholeness. It calls upon the wisdom of the body to find a fresh perspective on everyday life.
For every emotional experience, we feel different body sensations. They leave an imprint or “memories” in the body which can scar us, but they also help us develop emotional wisdom and resilience.

Hamish holds certificates in Therapeutic Massage, Embodied Counselling, Life Coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and NLP. He has attended numerous professional development workshops on trauma, emotional resilience, and relationships, and has followed the academic research on trauma and the mind-body connection for many years.
His original training was in Swedish massage, but his focus has shifted to neurological and emotional tension in the body. He has been offering embodied emotional sessions since 2015, using a range of modalities.
