I’ve been practicing Osteopathy for 10 years, starting my career in Toronto, Canada in 2008 and completing a Master of Osteopathy degree in Auckland, New Zealand in 2014. I have a holistic approach to treatment that brings together cranial and visceral osteopathy together with the musculoskeletal and structural form of osteopathy. This allows me to bring a unique yet specifically individualized treatment to my patients.
Movement, in any form, is a key part of my work and life philosophy. I believe that part-taking in life is more enjoyable than watching it go by. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m in the gym, on my bike, running, kayaking, swimming or training for my next endurance event. As a result, I have had first-hand experience in injury rehabilitation and can share with you a few tips that can inspire you to return to or continue with your favourite activities.
Whether you are a competitive athlete, weekend warrior, pregnant woman, or avid gardener, we can work together to ensure that you are moving at your optimal ability.
